Q: How to book a session?
A: Booking can be done by phone, email or on our website.
•Select any service as needed.
•Submit the date and time.
•Provide payment for your booking deposit.
Q: Scheduled Payments
A: Yes, we provide Scheduled payments.
Contact your service provider and we’ll get you set up for Scheduled payments. The payments can be made directly through your invoice.
Q: Cancelations and Rescheduling
A: Sessions can be canceled due to emergencies or severe weather conditions. Booking fees are non-refundable.
• Sessions that have been paid in full will receive a partial refund.
•Sessions where only the booking fee has been paid will not receive a refund.
• Any Sessions with a paid booking fee will receive 1 opportunity to reschedule as long as the service provider has been contacted 24hr in advance.
Q: What is the booking fee?
A: The purpose of the booking fee is for your service provider to lock in the day and date of your session. This solidifies your need of service and helps us avoid over booking and scheduling issues.
Q: How will I receive my footage?
A: You will receive your footage via Google Drive.
You will receive a personal folder that contains all of your content. This folder will be available for one month.
If your folder expires please contact your service provider.
